Museum Kunstpalast

No ratings yet
A dazzling permanent collection, with top temporary shows to boot
The fantastic Kunstpalast had its roots with Jan Wellem, the local royal who used his wife's fortune to buy up a phenomenal art collection. Though many of those works are now in Munich, what remained here in Dusseldorf became the basis for the Kunstpalast (literally, Art Palace), now encompassing more than 100,000 objects.
